Quantum Masters™ Program A training for experienced Realtors within our partner organizations. Its purpose is to guide experienced people who may be on the threshold of Mastery as well as those who have mastered their present level and want to move to a more productive level. The focus is on improving communication skills, acquiring more powerful presentation skills, mastering Marketing and Merchandising techniques that set one apart from the competition. It is an environment of high accountability, personal responsibility and skill mastery. Our partner management team is highly integrated into this program. It is a six-month minimum commitment. Currently offered only with our partner firms.
