The Seven Gables Real Estate Journey to Mastery program (JTM) is a highly effective and unique training program for Realtors looking to begin their career in Real Estate, or for those who are wanting to "boost" their sales.

My partner, Pam Huitt, and I had the privilege of participating in the inaugural Seven Gables Real Estate JTM program.  Its impact has been immeasurable!  We were given tools to help us analyze our business in a new way, communicate in a new language, and use highly effective skills in working to build a solid, profitable real estate business.
 
While we have "graduated" from the JTM program, our journey to mastery is not over but is really only just starting.  We cannot thank Seven Gables enough for giving us the opportunity to participate in this fantastic training program. 
 
Pam and I both feel so privileged to be associated with Seven Gables Real Estate.  I can't think of another company that would provide as much company resources to help their agents succeed as Seven Gables has done.  We truly appreciate the time, financial resources and the extraordinary staff that spent time with us, sharing their ideas, their experiences, encouraging us, giving us new skills, and all for the purpose of helping us prosper.
 
In month since we graduated from this program, we have placed two properties in escrow totally over $2.3 million in sales, and have added four listings for over $3.5 million.  We recently met with a Buyer at our office, and by following our JTM training had an in-depth discussion concerning his home search all before getting into the car to "show" him property.  He stopped us in the middle of a question, and said "What you are doing must be a new approach.  I've never had anyone do this before.  This is fantastic!"  We think so, too, because we know we've saved him, and us, a lot of time.

Isabel Ledesma:
When I was ready to choose a Real Estate Company I interviewed with 5 companies before coming to interview with Seven Gables. I choose Seven Gables because I needed, wanted the best training program, support and a company that would stand behind at all times. I had never done real estate or had ever sold anything so I needed to learn it all.

Journey to Mastery training program taught me how to talk to people in a way that they want to work with me and no one else. I was a very shy person but now I can talk to anyone and sell them a house or get a listing. It taught me where to find clients that are ready to buy within a certain time frame, how to talk to them and most important of all understand their wants and needs. Another really important thing about this program was the support I get from everyone. There is always someone available to answer question and oversee paperwork to make sure its correct. From the managers Lisa and Sarah, our broker Mike, transaction coordinators, marketing, and other agents are always happy to answer my questions and help me.

With the support I have at this company I have made 10 transactions in the 1st 9 months of my real estate career.

Janine Corwin:
Wow...to narrow the experience to just one success story?  Very difficult.  I guess the whole JTM experience is my success story.  Doug Yeaman discussed a statistic that really shocked me...that 13 out of 14 Realtors don't finish their second year in the business.  Not only have I made it to almost three years, but I know I have the skills to survive in real estate for years to come because of the training I received in JTM. 

 What didn't I learn in JTM?  So much of real estate is "learning by experience," but JTM gave me the tools and basis I needed to have the confidence to get my career started.  I learned not only about the real estate field, but also skills that lend to a wonderful work/life balance with time management.

Ernie Aguilar:
I wish I had known how much support I was going to need when I first started in Real Estate.  I had friends and family telling me to go out and get a traditional job, but I refused to listen to them.  I stuck to my guns, and I am thankful that I did.  Things are rolling for me right now, even in this “market”.
 
What helped me was the Quantum Trainings, specifically S.E.L.L   I think I understood it better because it was a scientifically proven system, and I love math, and I’m good at it so I got it.  The numbers made sense.  I took the S.E.L.L. training twice.
 
The first time I took it, I listened, but then decided to tweak it and combine it with my bad habits, and when it didn’t work, I took the training again, and then saw where I was tweaking it, and why it wasn’t working.  The second time, it was also a refresher for me, and I pulled more information from it and then everything jelled.
 
I had spent time tweaking the system, trying to make it my own, and when everything finally clicked, I just became receptive to it and it works. 
 
Once I got what I was doing wrong, and why it wasn’t working, I just gave in, and started doing it right, and now things are GREAT.
 
With the training and support I have, (a backbone to your career, no matter how talented you are, you need support) I am on track to be a dominant force!
 
You’re in, or you’re out!

Terri R:
I spent a year working at another real estate office and I had no support.  I would ask the agents for help on how do to an Open House, and I would get the answer “Everyone does it their own way”.  I would ask the seasoned agents if I could sit in with them at their open houses and was told no.  So I would hold an open house, and pass out flyers, and not set appointments with people coming through.  I wouldn’t even ask for their name or phone numbers!
 
The Quantum Training has taught me how to successfully ask for an appointment, and how to follow up and stay in touch with my clients.  I used to be afraid to door knock, but now I am more confident, and can thank the training for taking away the fear.
 
Our office meetings are also VERY beneficial!  We always learn something new about the market, products, and services, and the support of everyone here is just great.
 
Overall, the Quantum Training builds confidence.
