Meet our Team

Quantum spends a great deal of time training and certifying our trainers. When they are trained...they must remain certified with on-going training to insure we stay at the top of our game.

Ellaine Calhoun Ellaine Calhoun
Chief Operations Officer

Ellaine is the Operations Director who makes all the pieces fit together.

She is also a skilled senior Training specialist who has been active in several areas of real estate including the lending side as well as the agent side. She enjoyed a very successful career as an agent in Chicago.

Ellaine is also the long-suffering wife of Doug Yeaman.

 

 

Sherry PitcockSherry Pitcock
Partner and Business Development

Sherry is responsible for Business Development and is a Senior Training Specialist.

Sherry began as a Rocket Scientist with TRW. While working on her PhD in Mathematics, she discovered there was little about improving America's nuclear weapon system that was appealing and needed to work in an environment which offered a more human and social aspect.

She became a Realtor in 1978 and soon began working with Doug Yeaman and Quantum Management Systems to improve her business. She became a Branch Manager in 1988. In the ensuing decades, she has managed offices for Coldwell Banker, Prudential, Jon Douglas (a mega regional company in Los Angeles Westside.) In that capacity she has used the material and principles to improve the business of new agents and veterans.

At various companies she has seen a profusion of training for both new and seasoned agents and has been dismayed by how little difference it makes in the Realtors' careers.

Larry Swenson
Senior Training Specialist

Larry began his real estate career in March of 1971.

Graduating from the University of Denver with a Marketing Degree, he has always been interested in marketing products.

He has always believed in developing relationships with peple.

Larry lives and still works in real estate in Denver, CO.

She has been an active agent since the 1980's and shares her skill and insight into what it takes to be a successful Realtor in today's challenging and competitive market.

Sharon has been working with the program and its principles since the very early days of Journey to Mastery™

As a result, she is among the most talented and skilled of our Trainers.

She is currently a Partner Firm, Platinum Properties in Las Vegas and serves as their Journey to Mastery™ manager.

Amanda Wernick has been a licensed Realtor since 2000.  She was a typical new agent, bouncing from office to office in search of training and support.  In 2006 she joined Seven Gables Real Estate and participated in the Journey to Mastery™ program.  Having never learned how to “grow her business” in Real Estate, she took to the Journey to Mastery™ program like a duck to water!  Participating in the Quantum Home Tour™, she quickly started setting appointments, getting referrals and closing transactions.  Being positive that the training works, she has been certified as a Quantum Home Tour™ Trainer.
