The Journey to Mastery™ is meant to be an in-house program. It is intended that agents see it as a part of the company. The material and thinking become a part of the internal structure and culture. The company hires a full time trainer who also serves as Manager of the JTM™ Office, a virtual office operated largely from the company training facilities. This trainer becomes certified to independently deliver the JTM™ experience in house. The company hires a full time Director of Recruiting to focus 100% on recruiting new licensees to the JTM™Program. The company provides room, materials, audio-visual equipment, and other things necessary to produce the program. The company owner, manager, recruiter or designee makes a weekly Group Interview presentation to licensee candidates organized by the Director of Recruiting. This carefully scripted discussion focuses on truthful, frank information, helpful in evaluating the real estate business as a career and the company resources. Quantum provides all training material, time and expenses for its trainers to be on-site training. Our purpose in being on-site is to train and certify the trainer and recruiter to deliver the program. While this process is progressing, our trainers will present the various trainings to the agents. It is imperative that every presentation of the material be at a "10." As partners, we share in the transaction income produced by the new agents according to a carefully crafted agreement. We share in the costs of the program and in its profits. Once a licensee has graduated from the program, there is no longer any sharing with Quantum of the income they produce. History shows that 75% of the graduates are still at the company and producing after 5 years. The progress and the success of the graduating JTM™ agents has a profound, immediate impact on the entire organization. A culture of commitment, accountability, purpose, truthfulness, productivity, substantive marketing value and results, and a higher level of professionalism emerges. Everyone involved becomes inspired to perform to a standard higher than ever before. |
