Every Monday is Action Monday™ Every person in the program comes together to share their wins and struggles, make solid commitments to activities that further their careers and are held accountable for those commitments. It is here that the JTM™ manager keeps a finger on the pulse of the program. Each person is asked about their progress and they all share their issues. It is as often dealing with another person's issue that makes one's own clear. Action Monday™ is a time for training and practice as well. We will practice our scripts, the probing process, presentation skills, telephone skills. In addition to Action Monday™ time is scheduled as needed for one-on-one meetings to address individual's issues, time is scheduled for team technical training (paperwork, termites, inspections, etc.)
